Tesam Pongte, the esteemed Speaker of the Arunachal Pradesh Legislative Assembly, unveiled a slate of key developments in Yatdam Circle, zeroing in on vital enhancements for learning hubs in far-flung hamlets. The highlight was a sturdy two-story, eight-classroom concrete structure at the Government Upper Primary School in Watlom Village, paired with a spacious four-room staff residence nearby.
