Abotani TV is committed to addressing concerns and complaints from its readers, viewers, and users in a fair and timely manner, in accordance with the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021 of India.

How to File a Complaint

If you have a complaint regarding any content published on Abotani TV — including concerns about accuracy, fairness, privacy, or violations of the Code of Ethics — please write to our Grievance Redressal Officer at grievance@abotanitv.in with:

  • The URL or details of the content concerned
  • A clear description of your grievance
  • Your name and contact details

Redressal Timeline

  • Acknowledgement: within 24 hours of receipt
  • Resolution: within 15 days of receipt

Escalation

If you are not satisfied with the resolution, you may escalate your complaint to the self-regulatory body of which the publisher is a member, and thereafter to the oversight mechanism under the IT Rules, 2021.
