Laye’s accomplishment highlights the vital role of the NCC in shaping disciplined and motivated individuals ready to contribute to the country’s defense. Speaking about his selection, Laye expressed gratitude to his family, mentors, and the NCC for their unwavering support. “This is just the beginning of my journey to serve the nation,” he said, reflecting his determination to uphold the values instilled in him.

The 1st NCC Battalion, based in Papu Nallah, also celebrated Laye’s success, noting that his achievement underscores the organization’s mission to nurture leadership and patriotism. As Arunachal Pradesh celebrates this milestone, Laye’s story stands as a beacon of hope and motivation for young aspirants across the region.
