In a swift and well-coordinated move, the 20 Assam Rifles teamed up with the Arunachal Pradesh Police on August 12 to crack down on drug trafficking in Bordumsa, a town tucked inside Changlang district. The joint operation resulted in the seizure of 26 grams of Mandrax — chemically known as Methaqualone — and the arrest of one suspect.
