Arunachal Pradesh Chief Minister Pema Khandu recently inaugurated the Chief Engineer PHE & Water Supply Department, Central Zone Office in Bene, West Siang district. This new office will streamline administrative tasks for 9 PHE Divisions, including Pasighat, Yingkong, and Pangin, among others, which fall under 3 circles: Bene, Pangin, and Basar ¹.
CM Khandu was joined by several dignitaries, including state Home Minister Mama Natung, Health Minister Biyuram Wahge, and Education Minister Pasang Dorjee Sona. The event underscores the government’s commitment to improving infrastructure and public services in the region.
Appreciation for Retired Officials’ Contributions
During his visit, CM Khandu also met with retired government officials in Aalo, acknowledging their tireless efforts in developing their areas even after retirement. He praised their dedication to implementing government policies at the grassroots level, which aligns with the Prime Minister’s vision of ‘Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas’ and Antyodaya.
CM Khandu expressed his gratitude for their valuable insights and efforts in empowering the community, saying, “Their commitment serves as a beacon of hope and motivation for all of us to ensure inclusive and sustainable development across Arunachal Pradesh.”
