Itanagar: Prominent Arunachal Pradesh-based social activist and community leader Toko Teki has been appointed as the Spokesperson of the United Christian Forum (UCF) for the entire Northeast region.
The appointment was formally announced by the United Christian Forum, an apex platform representing various Christian organisations and communities across the eight northeastern states.
Toko Teki, who hails from Arunachal Pradesh, is widely respected for his work in the fields of education, social service, and community development. He has been actively involved in addressing issues concerning tribal rights, youth empowerment, and inter-faith harmony in the region.
In his new role as Northeast Spokesperson, Toko Teki will be responsible for articulating the Forum’s views on matters related to minority rights, religious freedom, social justice, and development concerns affecting Christian communities in the Northeast.
