ITANAGAR, Arunachal Pradesh — The Arunachal Pradesh Women’s Welfare Society (APWWS) has made a generous contribution to education by donating 180 books to the Government Higher Secondary School in Chimpu. The handover ceremony saw APWWS President Kani Nada Maling and General Secretary Yalam Lampha presenting the collection, which includes encyclopedias, dictionaries, and general knowledge books, to school Principal Dr. Mithilesh Kumar Jha.
The donation aims to enrich the school’s library and support students’ learning by providing access to a diverse range of resources. Dr. Jha expressed gratitude for the gesture, noting that the books would significantly enhance the educational experience for students at this prominent institution, known for its academic excellence in the state capital.
