Tawang, Arunachal Pradesh – Namgey Tsering, the MLA of Tawang, hosted a warm farewell ceremony for Ering Tsering, the retiring Superintending Engineer of the Public Works Department (PWD) Tawang Circle. The event, held at the Tawang PWD Inspection Bungalow, celebrated Ering Tsering’s decades of service and his significant contributions to the district’s infrastructure development.
During the ceremony, MLA Tsering lauded the engineer’s dedication, noting his pivotal role in advancing Tawang’s road networks and public facilities despite challenging terrain and weather conditions. “Your work has laid a strong foundation for our district’s growth,” the MLA remarked, expressing gratitude on behalf of the community. He presented Ering Tsering with a commendation certificate and a traditional memento as tokens of appreciation.
Ering Tsering, visibly moved by the gesture, reflected on his career, emphasizing the collaborative efforts of his team and the support from local leaders. “It’s been an honor to serve Tawang and witness its transformation,” he said, encouraging his successors to continue prioritizing quality and resilience in infrastructure projects.
