Enhancing Livelihoods through Sustainable Agriculture
A three-day training program on mushroom cultivation concluded in Pasighat, Arunachal Pradesh, equipping local farmers with the knowledge and skills to cultivate mushrooms as a viable livelihood option.
Training Objectives
The training program aimed to promote sustainable agriculture practices, enhance farmers’ income, and create employment opportunities in the region. The initiative was organized by the Department of Agriculture, Government of Arunachal Pradesh, in collaboration with local organizations.
Hands-on Training
During the three-day program, participants received hands-on training on various aspects of mushroom cultivation, including:
