Introduction
The Arunachal Bullet Club (ABC), the state’s oldest motorcycle club, has initiated a groundbreaking journey connecting Kaho in Arunachal Pradesh to Koteshwar in Gujarat. This expedition aims to introduce and promote the new K2K (Kaho to Koteshwar) riding-tourism route, blending adventure with cultural exploration.
Journey Details
- Route: From Kaho village in Anjaw district, Arunachal Pradesh, to Koteshwar in the Rann of Kutch, Gujarat.
- Distance: Approximately 3,500 kilometers.
- Duration: 15 days.
- Participants: 50 riders from across Arunachal Pradesh.
Participation in Rider Mania
The riders are set to attend the 22nd Brotherhood of Bulleteers Motorcycling Consortium (BOBMC) Rider Mania in Gujarat, scheduled from January 31 to February 2, 2025. ABC has been a consistent representative of Arunachal Pradesh in this event for the past six years, promoting tourism, unity, and brotherhood.
Vision for 2026
Tanung Jamoh, moderator of the Federation of Arunachal Riders (FAR), which comprises nine motorcycling clubs in the state, shared the vision to host the 23rd BOBMC Rider Mania in 2026 under ABC’s banner. The event is expected to attract over 5,000 riders globally, showcasing Arunachal Pradesh’s beauty and culture, thereby boosting tourism and economic activity.
Historic Female Participation
Rakhe Agam, coordinator of the lady riders of ABC, highlighted the unprecedented participation of 11 female riders, including pillion riders, marking a historic moment for the club.
Flag-Off Ceremony
The journey commenced on January 18, 2025, from Kaho, flagged off by Brigadier Jaspreet Singh of the 16 Bihar Regiment. The team, led by Sanjay Nath, Vice Chief (Admin) of ABC, will be joined by other riders in Itanagar and Shillong, led by Nabam Rana and Chetan Mehta, respectively.
