Donyi Polo Vidya Niketan (DPVN), located at Talom Rukbo Nagar in Pasighat, hosted a vibrant Matri Sammelan on Saturday, bringing together mothers, students, and educators in a day filled with inspiration and joy. The event, primarily focused on the mothers of DPVN students, provided a platform for fostering meaningful connections and celebrating the pivotal role of mothers in shaping the future of their children.
The event commenced with a ceremonial “Deep Prajwalan” by distinguished guests, setting a sacred and celebratory tone. Smti Oder Gao, Joint Secretary of the School Management Committee and Coordinator of Arunachal Shiksha Vikas Samiti, addressed the gathering, emphasizing the profound impact of women in society and the transformative power of educating girls.
Smti Machi Gao, the esteemed guest of honor, further inspired the audience by highlighting the unique and invaluable contributions of mothers in shaping the destinies of their children. She urged the community to wholeheartedly support education for girls, recognizing it as a cornerstone for progress and development. Adding further significance to the occasion, Smti Olik Taloh, ZPM-Bilat, Ledum, Mikong, graced the event as the chief guest, delivering an impactful address that underscored the pivotal role of women and education in building a stronger and more equitable society.
